Antonella Barba is a Clueless Airhead

Antonella Barba is one dumb twat. In recent interviews she keeps complaining that she doesn't want to be known for the photos, rather she wants to be known for her singing. Do you think this girl thinks highly of herself or what. Well guess what Antonella - you are known for your singing - that is you are known for being a really crappy singer! Now get over it.

She doesn't want to do the naked thing in playboy or the DVD porno thing either. She has some ilusions that the rest of the world values her for something other than her breasts. Guess what Antonella - you are only famous at the moment because millions of adolescent boys and a few fat lazyboy slobs want to see you naked. Your personality is ziltch (you and your friends came across as typical bubble headed, self indulgent, conceited college skanks), so what makes you think that the world wants to get to know you any better. You are nothing but a piece of flesh.

Take some advice - drop the clothes, do the playboy thing, take the money while it's there and then let your 15 minutes of fame die out gracefully. You will be forgotten faster than an Idol that does have some singing talent - at least you have the chance to make a few bucks before you crash and burn.

Idol Castoffs Talk About Antonella Barba

More Antonella Barba Photos

Booted 'Idol' Hopeful On Antonella Barba's Sexy Photos: 'Get Over It'
'It doesn't excite me that she has pictures like that,' Leslie Hunt says when we catch up with this week's castoffs.

One thing was clear after the latest "American Idol" eliminations: America is not that into Nina Simone.

During the first truly controversial week of the season — thanks to those Antonella Barba pictures spreading across the Internet (see "Sexy Pictures Won't Get Barba Booted From 'Idol' — But Wednesday Night's Song Could") — two of the four singers eliminated sang Simone's "Feeling Good." Another sang a jazz standard, and the fourth took on the Dixie Chicks and, well, we know how Middle America feels about them.

We caught up with the four castoffs to talk regrets, future plans and those racy photos.

AJ Tabaldo
After auditioning for "Idol" five seasons in a row, the 22-year-old from Santa Maria, California, finally made the semifinals, where he became a judge favorite. Voters, however, felt differently.

Q: Were the guys talking about what happened with Antonella?

A: There's some sleazy people out there doing sleazy things and I feel bad for her, but she's beautiful and she's going to do well. But we tried to stay away from it.

Leslie Hunt
The 24-year-old Chicago native.

Q: Was it hard to see Antonella get through?

A: There's certain hype that comes with her, and that's not really something I understand. It doesn't excite me that she has pictures like that. I mean, who doesn't? Whatever, get over it. But I knew getting into this that it wasn't just about singing.

Alaina Alexander
After her rendition of the Dixie Chicks' Grammy-sweeping "Not Ready to Make Nice" got her eliminated, the 24-year-old singer/songwriter from West Hollywood, California, became the first "Idol" semifinalist in history to fully break down during her exit performance.

Q: Were you ever nervous that private pictures of you might hit the Web?

A: No, I wasn't worried. It's unfortunate when that happens, but you have to keep going. I didn't really pay attention to the Internet or newspaper so I could stay focused, but I overheard people talking about it. Antonella's strong and doing just fine and she'll pull through.

Nicholas Pedro
After bowing out in the Hollywood round last year, the 25-year-old from Taunton, Massachusetts, made the final 20 this time around. Unfortunately, his rendition of "Fever" didn't spread like, say, last year's McPheever.

Q: Some of the contestants (read Antonella)this season have been snapping back at the judges, but not you.

A: I wanted to always maintain my honor. I had to bite my tongue a little bit. Last week Simon said I was charming [and this week he said Nick needed to show more charisma]. I think charisma and charming go hand in hand. But I just wanted to take my bow and not get into it with anyone. More MTV...

Antonella Barba support from Hugh Hefner

Antonella Barba Is Hot Topic At Hugh Hefner Bash

More and more, it seems, the pasts of young reality star hopefuls are threatening their shots at stardom.

"American Idol" contestant Antonella Barba, 20, has become the latest to don the scarlet letter as photos of her with her top dropped have led to speculation that the Fox network may drop her.

Hugh Hefner, who knows a thing or two about nudity in photos, calls such condemnation "hypocritical and dumb."

At a party Tuesday night at his Playboy Mansion to celebrate the third-season premiere of his E! reality show, "The Girls Next Door" (10 p.m. Sunday), Hefner said, "I think in America we have a very strange attitude toward sexuality and nudity, and it makes no real sense."

Hefner, 80, spoke these words while seated on a sofa next to his famous grotto, the site of many an infamous sexcapade. At his side were girlfriends Holly Madison, 27, Bridget Marquardt, 33, and Kendra Wilkinson, 21, all roped of from the riffraff and protected by security.

Hef was soon joined by Ryan Seacrest, producer of E!'s newest reality series, Paradise City, which makes its debut right after Hef's show and focuses on singles trying to make it in Las Vegas. The "Idol" host, along with show judges Randy Jackson and Simon Cowell, were among the very few men allowed into Hefner's inner sanctum.

Cowell believes photos showing nudity should not be grounds for dismissal. "These people haven't done anything illegal; that's their private life," he stressed. He believes that the racy photos of Barba should "not affect her standing on the show, and if the public wants to keep her in, they'll keep her in." (Barba performs with the remaining female singers on tonight's show; two men and two women will be eliminated Thursday.)

"Nobody's clean in the entertainment business," seconded Jackson, recalling Frenchie Davis, who was famously booted from Idol in Season 2 when it was revealed that she had worked for an adult website. "There are definitely some moral things that go on with this show."

It is the morals of the person who leaked the Barba photos that Seacrest finds most repugnant. "It's just tacky, disgusting," said Seacrest. "You've got a girl who's trying to make it on a show where she needs a vote, and someone's trying to tear that away from her."

Though he said he had not yet seen the photos, Seacrest added that he would "absolutely let (Barba) stay on. If American Idol is a true representation of American youth, we're going to find imperfections. And it's OK to be imperfect." More...

Antonella Barba - A Future Playmate?

With a Bod like this, Antonella Barba may find a new career. After last night's performance it's a sure bet that music is not in her future. The fact that these photos took over the internet for the past week has not been lost on the magazine industry. Time will tell who makes the first offer but you know Playboy would make a fortune with a photo shoot of Antonella. Her popularity on the net virtually assures it.

Are you Sick of Celebrities?

Apparently this dude is although I notice he isn't too sick of them to write an article and make money off of them. Hypocrite!

Enough Celebrity News
By LAURIE MUSTARD

If there's one thing I've learned it's ... it's ...

Hey, I'm 58. The memory ain't what it used to be.

Oh, yeah. I've learned I no longer have any interest in "celebrity news." I just don't want to hear another word about Britney Spears' disasters. I don't need to see any more pictures of any part of her body, shaved or not.

I don't need to see any more pictures of her out cruising with Paris Hilton or juggling babies.

I do, however, want to hear her sing again. I like some of her stuff. I've just had it up to here with her deranged personal life.

Everybody's got problems, but most don't have the money to enter rehab every few days and go partying and shopping in between. Enough.

I don't need to witness any more clashes between Donald Trump and Rosie O'Donnell. Who cares if they hate each other? 'Course we did learn that Trump has absolutely no class. Zilch.

Lesbian slurs? What a jerk.

And isn't it time we buried this Anna Nicole Smith circus? I feel bad for her. Bad for her son. And bad for her baby girl. But how long are we going to gawk at this train wreck?

Tom Cruise? He's an actor with a slightly fanatical personal life and prehistoric attitudes, because of which I've lost interest in watching any of his movies. Ticks me off, because I used to like his acting and now all I see is the depression-bashing nutball. He's a twit.

And while on the subject of celebrity BS, are we really supposed to believe those hot bunnies hanging all over Hugh Hefner really find him sexy and love kissing those worn-out, leaky old lips? Gimme a break.

Slip some other shrunken old codger into Hef's robe and watch the girls run for the hills.

I'm just jealous you say? Maybe.

But I digress. Bobby Brown arrested again? Good. Lock him up and throw away the key. Good riddance.

I liked it better when the movie studios kept stars "unreal." They created an off-screen personality for the star to "play" while in public, so the fantasy continued.

Now we know more about their personal lives than we do about those of our own families and friends.

Hard to buy Mel Gibson's heroic on-screen persona when you read about him drunk and uttering racial slurs.

I'm glad he got caught. Just sorry I had to see the black hole in his soul.

Can't watch HIS movies any more either. All I see is another messed-up human being. I don't have to pay admission to see that.

However, I have no problem with you showing me Jack Nicholson grinning at award shows. I can even still see Playboy bunnies hanging off old Jack. He's what a star should be. Interesting, entertaining, out there but not a whack job.

Maybe I'm just tired of self-indulgent, screwed-up rich people flaunting their flaws. Give me that money, and I'll show you how to be happy with it ... and how to help others be happier.

Celebrity loser news. Think of the time we wasted watching O.J. Simpson instead of spending it on something worthwhile. What's wrong with us?
